NASCAR DraftKings DFS Picks For Atlanta Motor Speedway Folds of Honor QuickTrip 500

This week NASCAR heads to Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Folds of Honor QuickTrip 500. Atlanta is a 1.5 mile tri-oval speedway. The race will be run for 325 laps which will give drivers plenty of chances for place differential and laps led. Let’s take a look at drivers you can build your DraftKings lineups around.

High Priced Picks

Kyle Larson, $9100
Larson looks fast this weekend. He posted the 6th fastest practice time in session 1 and the 10th fastest in final practice. Qualifying in the 8th spot he should be near the front all day long.

Brad Keselowski, $10000
Keselowski may be the driver to beat this week. He was 10th fastest in the first practice and second fastest in final practice. Starting from the 5th spot he is a threat to win every week and he looks strong heading into Sunday.

Kyle Busch, $10400
Bush will start 3rd for Sunday’s race at Atlanta. This shouldn’t be a surprise as not only is he one of the top drivers every week, but he’s been fast all weekend. He posted the 3rd fastest time in practice 1 and the 15th fastest time in final practice. Don’t be surprised if he takes home the checkered flag.

Mid Prices Picks $8900-$7000

Ryan Newman, $7600
Newman looks like a real threat to win this weekend. He was fastest in the first practice, posted the 6th fastest time in final practice and qualified 2nd. His price is just way too low this week for a driver who could certainly end up in victory lane.

Jamie McMurray, $7800
McMurray was second to Newman in the first practice and posted the 12th fastest time in the final practice. He qualified 7th and there is no reason to think he won’t be running near the front all race long.

Kasey Kahne, $8000
Kahne has been fast in practice as he posted the 7th fastest time in session 1 and in final practice. He struggled in qualifying, however, and will start 29th. Still his speed should allow him to work his way through the field and pick up plenty of bonus points.

Matt Kenseth, $8600
Kenseth struggled in qualifying but looks fast. He posted the 4th fastest practice time in session 1 and the 14th fastest in final practice. Starting 16th he should be able to work his way up towards the front at some point during this race.

Denny Hamlin, $8900
Hamlin has the speed to win this week. He ran 8th fastest in the first practice session and 5th fastest in the final session. Starting from the 10th spot he presents a good pivot from the more expensive drivers at the top.

Low Priced Picks $6900-$4500

Trevor Bayne, $6000
Bayne has looked good in practice recording the 12th fastest time in practice session one and following that up with the 9th fastest time in final practice. He qualified 15th for the race and should be able to work his way up through the field and accrue place differential points.

AJ Allmendinger, $6500
Allmendinger has looked fast all weekend. He posted the 13th fastest practice speed in session 1 and was 4th fastest in final practice. He was only able to qualify 20th but this gives him a good chance to work his way up through the field and score some bonus points.

Ricky Stenhouse, Jr, $6900
Stenhouse looks like one of the best values of the weekend. He qualified 4th and posted the 5th fastest practice time of session 1 and the 13th fastest in final practice. He should be running up towards the front all race long.
